At Milu Baby, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
All items are carefully quality checked before being packaged, so it is very unlikely that your order will arrive damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will gladly arrange:
• A replacement item, or
• A refund if preferred.
Courier collection and replacement shipping for faulty or damaged items will be arranged at our cost.
If something breaks, pulls loose, or develops a fault within 3 months of purchase, we are also happy to discuss a possible replacement after inspection. If approved, the courier costs for the replacement process will also be covered by us.
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide that the product is not what you wanted, a refund may still be arranged provided that:
• The item is returned within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
• The product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Please note that courier costs for change-of-mind returns will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.
